Class requirements-

ARNIS- Eventually students will require a pair of light 26 inch rattan sticks. Saber or fencing mask.
A pair of heavy 30-32 inch Dog Brothers fighting sticks. Light pair of stick fighting gloves. Heavy hand protection for training (Lacrosse gloves work well). Aluminium training knife. Mouth guard and groin protection.

JIU-JITSU- Judo or BJJ Gi. (any colour)

SUBMISSION GRAPPLING- it is preferable to wear a long sleeve rash guard and Gi pants to minimize skin on skin contact.
