Self-Defence and Sport:
First Class	Free
Drop-In	$10 per class
Arnis de Mano Weapon Defence	$60 per month
Jiu-Jitsu, Grappling, Competitive Kickboxing	$60 per month
Arnis & Jiu-Jitsu (total defence package)	$80 / month - BEST VALUE

Fitness and Health:
Cardio Kickboxing Drop-in	$10 per class
Cardio Kickboxing	$50 per month

Class requirements

All classes require soft soled, non-marking, indoor shoes, or bare feet. No jewelry.

ARNIS- Mouth guard and groin protection to start. Students may wish to purchase their own sticks, aluminum training knife, and sabre helmet, especially if they plan to spar regularly, or compete in Dog Brothers stick fighting.

JIU-JITSU- Mouth guard and groin protection. Judo or BJJ Gi. (any colour)

SUBMISSION GRAPPLING- Mouth guard and groin protection to start. It is preferable to wear a long sleeve rash guard and Gi pants to minimize skin on skin contact.
